Over the last few weeks, I have seen a few subtle changes happening in the sales market – not least, sales job seekers having multiple job options in front of them.
Over the course of the last few weeks I have been working on a number of Telesales roles for my clients that centre around a select pool of experienced job seekers. From that original pool of 12, 7 have now secured new jobs before my clients have even reviewed the shortlists.
